4) Depends what you are trying to say. It's a bit unnatural. 
I have been here for an hour.
You left home an hour ago and I'm still waiting for you.
I've been here since you left home.
I've been here since 1 o'clock when you left home.

#3 is incorrect.  "I haven't..."  Good work!
