I'd like to know usually answer this question お名前をうかがえますか. I have found the answer in my electronic dictionary but I think it is not very accurate. Could you please write me some examples?

What was the answer that your dictionary says in the first place?

お名前をうかがえますか is simply asking “your name”.  So usually answers to the question would be :

Emelie です。

Emelieといいます。
Emelieと申します。

Do you want to know how we should answer if someone ask us お名前をうかがえますか。」? If so, we say our name, generally, the family name. お名前をうかがえますか is the politer way to say お名前をおしえてください like "Could I have your name, please?" though I'm not very sure for my English.
