How do you express "I have to" in Japanese? ex. I have to eat/I have to go to the store, etc.

Hi, we have several way to say it. Usually it is translated 「〜しなければなりません(formal), / ~しなければならない(informal)」.
Ex.) I have to eat
*we also use たべなくては instead of たべなければ
I have to go
*いかなくては is also used.
the negative ways to say them (you must not) are :
I hope you aren't confused and this was helpful.
