I'm translating a few slogans from Chinese into English, and I can't clearly understand some of them.
Here is the list. I'd appreciate that if you could explain what they mean!

公共安全公众抓平安伴随你我他 - I don't get 公众抓, the rest is OK
少生优生，幸福一生 I came up with something like: "follow the one-child policy, enjoy a happy life" but I'm not sure what 少生 and 优生 mean.
城市让生活美美好礼信让你我更美丽 - what does 礼信 mean here?
花言巧语莫理睬钱财万勿交他人 - I have no idea what that is, I know what all the words mean but I can't figure out what is this slogan about.
增强防范意识打击入室盗窃 - first part is about raising awareness; the second one? Attack who? Thiefs? not sure.. :(
严格上地登记明确土地权属 - no idea at all

公共安全公众抓  public security is on public

少生优生  born less children, give the children good cultivation

礼信 = 礼貌、信用   courtesy and credit

花言巧语莫理睬 钱财万勿交他人   ignore the compliments, don't put your  treasure on other's hand

打击入室盗窃    punish who steal into other's house and steal

严格上地登记 明确土地权属 there is a wrong character,the correct one is  严格土地登记,
the land register must be executed strickly, make the ownership of land more definite

Answer

"公众抓"means "eveyone should be responsible for public safety".
"少生and 优生" means that Chinese family policy permit only one child or at most two children for every family, by this way the child can get more care and then will be healthier and cleverer.
"礼信 " it should be "礼让" means that we should be courteous and give precedence to sb, such as yield to pedestrians in crosswalks.
"花言巧语莫理睬 钱财万勿交他人" don't pay attention to other people's blandishments, don't let other people to help to take care of your money, we should take care of it by ourselves.

"打击入室盗窃" means against burglary.
"严格上地登记 明确土地权属" means we should go to register our real estate in government organization, by doing that our ownership of it can be protected by the government.
