I have a few more slogans which need further clarification, because I don't fully understand what they mean

没车没楼不泡妞
没上火星/皇不泡妞 -- the first sentence is alright, what I don't understand is 没上火星/皇不泡妞. I can't recognize the character 星/皇, the slogan is of bad quality, and I don't know what it means.

谁烧山谁坐牢谁毁林谁破产 -- is this kind of a warning? not sure.

找住宿生 - whom are they looking for? a flatmate?
环境优雅 - ok
内设空调吊扇 - ok
分歺制歺歺消毒 - no idea at all

也包含了 韻文 俗語 諺語 甚至使用 對仗 押韻 諧音 反裝句等等寫作技巧
但是 相對的 為了 精簡 卻可能省略了 很多的 主詞 受詞 連接詞 等等
若非置於當下時空
經常會讓外籍學習者 摸不著頭緒

因此 說實話 以學習標語 口號 廣告詞 或 順口溜 當作漢語的入門課程
您的挫折可能會很多

事件的背景是 農民放火燒山 闢地耕種
口號的目的是要 嚇阻農民的這種行為
燒山的意思是 放火燒森林

找住宿生  房東徵求需要居住於宿舍的學生
這一段是 宿舍出租的廣告詞

分歺制  歺歺消毒
提問的斷句不對 故意義難以明白
分餐制 指每人一份餐具 每人一份食物 不與他人共用餐具與菜餚
餐餐消毒 這一句省略了 主語
是指時時注重 餐具 與 餐廳 甚至 廚師 的清潔工作
