What does "passivity" mean? What does it mean by saying somebody has been in passivty? Thanks..

A person who has been in passivity or who is passive is a person who doesn't react, and always surrenders to his problems and do nothing but staying in the week position waiting for help, does not take the initiative and always in the position of the observer..
