Someone who is rich and vulgar. He may spend a lot of money buy something luxury and then show to others.others would say, "土豪，let's be good friends!"

It's an old word in 1950s but now it's given the new meanings by the Chinese new generation. In my opinion,this is mostly like a word for friends to play a joke. So don't mind it.
