haha. 18's pronunciation is 십팔. it's similar to swear word "씨발(fuck!)" and 8282(팔이팔이) is similar to 빨리빨리(hurry up.). and 아빠... 에어컨 좀 빡세게(?) 틀어주세요 빡세게 is informal usage. meaning is hard "daddy, plz turn on the airconditioner hard"
