how to say decimal in Chinese language?
For example: one and half (1.5), three-fourth(0.75), etc

The word decimal in Chinese, we say 小数点 （xiao3 shu4 dian3）. However， we just need say 点 （dian3 ） in the number, like 1.5 or 0.75
1.5 = yi1 dian3 wu 5 0.75= ling2 dian3 qi1 wu3
