hand it in to me
Entregámelo ( work )
When you ask a student to give you a written work, is this the correct way to say it ? Using hand in?
I think that implies you have to correct it .
And then I guess the teacher hand the works out. is it like this?
Thank you

Hello. Well, when I'm teaching a class I ask my students to hand their work in... or hand in their work. Or maybe I say, "Please hand it in by Friday" (never, "Please hand in it by Friday!" of course). After checking it.... I hand it all back out again the next week. So, I hand it out/hand it back out.
I can't say ... I hand it BACK out if they haven't handed it in first! So if I'm giving out worksheets I hand them out (not back out).
Online I SEND work OUT to my students, ask them to SEND it BACK.
Of course, not all students send back or HAND IN their homework! But I always HAND IT OUT hopefully!

I'd say that's correct, yes, although hand-ins aren't always for the purpose of correcting; sometimes you have projects or reports that are simply to be received without the intent of correction, like surveys or creative projects.
