According to my dictionary, there are four meanings of 就是: 1. exactly ---- 我就是不知道 2. namely; that is ---- 也就是說 3. even if; even though ---- 就是上帝也沒辦法 4. only; but ---- 就是他才有那個辦法

There is no way to translate 就 into English.
