It's not clear what you are asking, Mohamed. Are you asking: "What is the exact meaning of have got?" 'Have got' means exactly the same as 'Have' I have got two brothers I've got two brothers I have two brothers. These three sentences have the same meaning. I'm afraid I don't know what you mean by 'Have go'. Can you explain?

Sometimes it's used as an imperative: 'you have got to go now' it means the same as 'you must go now' Is that what you are looking for?

Really, it can be either. You need a full sentence to give context and meaning. Isolating one fragment is the cause of this confusion in the first place.
