Any free online Spanish and French learning website?
I want to learn Spanish and French, do you have any recommendations for useful websites?
The sites with videos or audio pronunciations are favourable for me. The r sound in these two languages are difficult for me.
I want to start from very basic pronunciations or dialogues or useful expressions with vivid instruction tools.

I tried to use Memrise. I think it is great. But you know, sometimes the foreign websites are blocked here or with very low speed of loading.

I've been using memrise - a pity it doesn't work so well for you.  Have you tried forvo.com?  You can check the pronunciation of individual words and phrases, and I have found it very, very useful.  For Spanish, there is also a website called Slow Spanish (or at least there was a couple of years ago when I was learning Spanish) - there are many recordings at a slow pace, which helps a lot.
