Do you know what is "wouldn't have had to"? The entire sentence:I woudn't have had to pull strings. I really can't understand ,it's difficult.Do u??? thx

"I wouldn't have had to pull strings." is referring to a previous sentence/event that gave a reason for the character to make this statement. Generally, to pull strings is to make something happen that most people aren't able to do, and almost always refers to corruption in government. Ordinary people aren't able to get permits quickly, but the person who has the power to pull strings can.
