I know for deren and dessen but I dont know what does it mean in this context
Dessen ungeachtet hat der Tourismus noch keine lange Geschichte.
Also, can you translate this sentence and dessen in this context

"Ungeachtet" requires a genitive object. "Dessen" is used as a demonstrative pronoun here, and replaces that object. It refers to whatever was said before.
A literal translation could be "Without regard to this, tourism doesn't have a long history." In a proper translation, you'd just use "regardless", and "dessen" disappears, so that won't help you understand it. :-)
