I saw this in a show about food being delicious
I know Oishi and Umai, but I heard this and want to know how is it in English and pronounce properly.
A girl is eating a piece of cake she says the phrase eemii. I am not sure how to say it.

I don't think we have such a phrase as "eemii"...I guess the girl just made some unique sound.
Some people (especially young men) say "umee" instead of "umai". It is colloquial and is never used in a formal setting though.
