I don't know whether I should go to the cram school or not.

If not ,I need some ways to improve my writing ,speaking ,listening and reading.
Is here anyone who had ever done IELTS and learned successfully by themselves?

If yes,I need some recommendation for learning resources eg. cram school(BTW I'm in Taipei ,Taiwan) , website(pay/free) etc.
