Yes, there is a difference. Enduring is from the same root word as durable is, whilst unceasing shares a root with cease.
Therefore, enduring is the pp of endure which means, amongst other things, "to last", whilst unceasing means will not stop. So, enduring means that something that exists with continue to exist whilst unceasing means that some that is going/moving,/operating will continue to operate.
