Intro to the Talmud
I'm looking for a good book, in English, about the Talmud.

I've been recommended "Everyman's Talmud" by Abraham Cohen.
"Essential Talmud" by Adin Steinsaltz has some good reviews as well.

I am no expert in this area, but Steinsaltz is well known for his editions of the Talmud.
