Hello Pelin, in my opinion, I would not refrain from the phrases "We all did/do dumb things in our youth." because it sounds a little unnatural. The first and last are fine, but perhaps you can replace "in our youth" by "when we were young", so --> All of us/ We all made mistakes when we were young.
