The proper way to say it would be "Necesito practicar mi expresión y comprensión orales en español"

Hello Louisa, You can say just "Necesito practicar conversación", as "conversación" implies listening and speaking. If you want to emphasize each skill, you can use, as Núria remarked, "Necesito practicar expresión y comprensión oral"
