Doush da and Doush da no. Is there a difference?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l96LPeZogwU
IN the first couple seconds in this video the second thing said sounds like "Doushda" (Could of spelled that wrong. Sorry if I did.) which the video maker subtitles as "What's up." and I know "Doush da no" means "What's wrong?" In Japanese. So what I am wondering am I hearing this wrong or is just saying the first part make it something totally different?

Actually, I didn't get what you asked about for my English.
However, in the beginning of the video, he said どうしたの?(Dou shita no?)
Anyway, please wait for the correct answer for your question.
