I have observed that all Nations across the Glob, Proud to be Civilized over their culture, language,customs and Traditions. So, Why some people from these all civilized Nations use the abusive language ?

Swearing is a natural part of human speech and swearing is not just for the uneducated or people of a lower socioeconomic class nor for (un)civilized people. it knows no social boundaries. Also, swearing reduces stress and pain. Everyone swear, some of use words like dammit or sh*t and others use words like fu*k you.
