No, it doesn't make sense.You can answer as follows: 1.いいえ。わたしのかさじゃないです。/2.いいえ。わたしのかさではないです。 But you'd better avoid using the first sentense because it's usually used in a conversation.The second one can be used in both spoken and written forms.
