If your sister is elder sister: 
ごめんなさい。姉[あね]にはメールアドレスがありません。
If she is younger sister, please switch 姉には to 妹[いもうと]には. 
Is her name Chloe? I think it's written クロエ with katakata, and you can also say: ごめんなさい。クロエにはメールアドレスがありません。
