意思是：“这就是！”翻译：Here it is! (not very correct)
“这不就是吗？”比“这就是！”的语气更强一些。
比如说：
A：我的手机呢？
B：在桌子上。
A：在哪里？我怎么没看见？
B：这不就是吗？（B帮A找到了！）
