The only thing I'd change is "proceed" — I believe you mean to say "proceed with" or "process," or perhaps some other word entirely.

It depends on what you are referring to and in what context: Are you asking if you can use some pictures as samples? In which case you could say: 'Please advise if we can use the samples, as in/per the pictures.'

The problem is with the word proceed, I think. Seems like it should be provide or process. It does not make much sense to me as it is.
