You asked this before. I wonder if part of the problem is a social one? It is not common to use this type of phrase in this way at all, so I don't think there is a standard way to say it. If I did say something like this - I would probably refer to specific hazards, rather than a particular direction. 'Watch out for that truck', or 'watch for pedestrians coming out of that alley'.
