How do you say "and" in japanese?

It depends on what it's used for because it has various translations in Japanese.
For noun, basically, we say と, but sometimes we say とか、や, etc.
For verb and adjective, we use the TE-form.
To connect sentences, we use TE-form or connecters depending on the context.
Please take a look at these.

If you have example sentences, we can translate them.
I hope this was helpful.

Usually と is best for just a couple items, but や and とか are better for a non-exhaustive list of items.
