How do you say I should or shouldn't do something in Japanese? For example Should I buy... Should you run... Should we go... etc... Thanks!

should I buy 「を買うべきですか?」「を買ったほうがいいですか?」(these are in polite ways, if you want to say it to your friends, say it without ですか. should you run... we don't say it. If you want to say "You should run faster."「もっと早く走ったほうがいいですよ。」「もっと速く走りなよ!」べきis not natural this time. should we go 「私たち○○に行ったほうがいいですか?(行くべきですか?)」 Normally, 「したほうがいい」 or 「するべき」 are appropriate, but it depends on the context. するべき is more strong way to say than したほうがいい, and Japanese people like to avoid strong language, so we don't really say it to people.
