Hi Jonathan, in my country, you say:
- Que tengas un buen día
- Tu también (friendly) / igualmente (formal) / Igual tú (less common)

Depende. "Qué tengas un buen día" en inglés sería: "have a nice day". Podrías responderlo con un: "Igualmente", por ejemplo. Las otras dos si que no entiendo bien la pregunta.
