Most of these sentences are in mexican dialect, so a mexicans may understand but I'm not sure about people from other spanish-speaking countries. If you want it to be more neutral so everyone can understand you it should be: Hay una chaqueta en el maletero, el chico esta en el camión. ¡Que bien! Eso es bueno. El chico le dijo al hombre: ¿Que pasa?

It is true the phrase is mostly Mexican dialect. I am from Colombia. I personally did not know the use of some of these words and the right use in the context. Words like: Chamarra, cajuela, chamaco, troca, chingon, padre y pedo.
