Surprisingly is more of what caused surprise. "It was surprisingly cold tonight." Surprisedly is the reaction. "It was so cold," I said surprisedly. Typically, in normal conversation, you would use 'surprisingly.' I hope this helped!

These are the adverb forms of "surprised" and "surprising". This means you can look up the difference between "-ed" and "-ing" and find the answer. Put this in your search: "difference ed ing adjectives"

Wendy, if you can't find 'surprisedly' in a dictionary, why are you bothering about it? It's one of those words which - in theory - could exist because it fits into the grammar of the language, but in practice we have no need for it. I can't think of a situation where we would use 'surprisedly'. You can forget about it.
