This is the kind of thing that should be submitted as a support request or email to support@italki.com

I believe your best option would be to show your Goethe Institute certificates to italki so that they can post “Certificate Uploaded” on your teacher profile. It’s the same procedure used to confirm your professional qualifications if you’d like to apply to be a “professional teacher.”

Wich certificate did you get from Goethe-Institut ? is it C2?
You do not become a native German speaker by living 5 years in Germany.
You made many mistakes in your video. Have mercy on German learners.
