버겁다 vs 벅차다 - What is the difference?

버겁다:
다루기에 힘에 겹거나 거북하다. 
Something to be beyond one´s capacity or control.

Answer

1. Both mean that It's too hard to handle or do something.
2. 벅차다, in "벅차오르다", has another meaning,  someone is all worked up.
