What is the different these sentences? If I want to say "I can speak Italiano." I can say "Posso parlare italiano." "So parlare italiano." But what is the different between these sentences? And which sentence is the normal expression in italia? (Maybe the first one is like "I can speak italian." and the second one is like "I know how to speaking italian." ?) Also there are another sentences when I want to say "I want (a glass of) wine." ---> "Voglio un vino." "Vorrei del vino." I want to know the different between these sentences, too...

We say "So parlare italiano" for "I can speak italian". Alway "so" for skills. Do you understand what's written in here http://www.treccani.it/vocabolario/potere2/ (from a.) ? otherwise I can translate it. If you want to be kind or formal or if you're talking to a waiter, you say "vorrei del vino". "un vino" is wrong, you can say "una bottiglia di vino", "un bicchiere di vino". You can also say "voglio del vino", but not in a formal context.
