También = too
Demasiado= too much
Además= in addition
El estudia español también. He studies spanish too.
El estudia demasiado: tiene que descansar! He studies too much: he needs to rest.
Además de estudiar, tiene que descansar para aprobar. In addition to studying, he needs to rest in order to pass (the exam).

"También" means "also", "too":
I love chocolate. - Me encanta el chocolate.
Me too! - ¡A mí también!
"Demasiado" means "too much", "too + adjective":
Esto es demasiado para mí. - This is too much for me.
El examen estuvo demasiado fácil para él. - The exam was too easy for him.
"Además" mean "in addition", "besides", "apart from".
Además, no creo que puedas acabar a tiempo. - Besides, I don't think you can finish it on time.
Además de ello, muchos españoles quedaron desempleados. - Apart from that, lots of Spanish people became unemployed.
Además, no se reportó ningún efecto secundario. - In addition, no side effect was reported.
