"It's like..." => ..., 그런 거 말이에요 / ..., 그런 거 말하는 거예요. "It's like, a place where students learn" => 학생들이 가서 배우는 곳, 그런 거 말이에요. ("그것은 학생들이 배울 수 있는 곳 같아요" => It appears like a place where students can learn." - not the same) It is structurally similar to "A place where students learn ... something like that / ... that's what I mean". Another similar phrase would be "..., 그런 거 있잖아요" (..., something like that, you know). All these are when the phrase is fairly long. If it's short, there are simpler ways to ask such a question. - School 이 한국말로 뭐죠? - School 은 한국말로 뭐라고 해요 [어떻게 말하죠]? - 한국어로 School 은 뭐라고 하면 돼요?

So it's like (haha I used it) a filler phrases you use to describe something? If it's informal, I'd say " 왜, 그런거 있잖아" or "막 ~ 하는 그런 것". For example, I would say : 왜, 막 학생들이 배울 수 있는 그런 곳 있잖아. But these phrases are very colloquial. If it's more formal setting, I would simply say : 그... with draggig intonation. Like, 그.. 학생들이 배울 수 있는 곳 같은 것이에요.

I am a native Korean speaker, but I am afraid there is no such expression in Korean that corresponds "It's like ..." in English. An alternative way might be the use of "예를 들면"(for example), "예를 들면, 학생들이 공부하는 곳". But this is actually not the same as "it's like".
