Yes, they're just fine if you want to anger a person and give them reason to never speak to you again.

I think she will be a little angry and slap u if add 'even' before fatter into ur sentence:P

Yes, they sound good to me. You can substitute the adjective far if you care to remove the alliteration of far- fatter. Possible alternatives are considerably, way more, substantially. But your sentence is correct.
