A different verb form needs to follow answers A and D, and answer C needs different punctuation. Even if you revised the sentence for each answer, they would all have different meanings.

I don't believe any of the answers is correct. I would say: It is no good for him to apologize to me now. His apologizing to me now does him no good. (or will do him no good)
