Please help me understand 「今出かけてていないわよ」
今出かけてていないわよ。
I understand the meaning is that someone is out now and is not there. But I don't understand the verb conjugations/particles.
(意味が分かるが文法が分かりません)
It's 出かける、so why the extra て? Why 出かけてて and not just 出かけて?
(この動詞は「出かける」ですね。じゃ、なんで「出かけてて」？「出かけて」の方が正しいでしょ？)
I understand いる negative is いない。
(いる--->いない。分かる)
I don't understand the purpose or meaning of わ。
(「わ」の利用が分かりあせん)
よ is よ. I get it.
Please help me understand!

I think this 出かけてて actually comes from 出かけている. And 出かけている's continuative form is 出かけていて. And we sometimes omit い because it's easier to say when we speak 出かけていて quickly, so it becomes 出かけてて.(we often say 出かけてる in the same way.)
We don't say 出かけていない (from 出かける+いない) in the sentence because it can have two meanings("he is out" and "he is not out") and we are confused.
And わ is just a exclamation. It has no meaning.(women sometimes use it and men never do)

ありがとう。でも、まだ「ていて」の意味が分りません。なぜ「て」と「ていて」違う？
例えば、今日の朝男の子は走っていたを見ました。その男の子は「ねー、まってて！」と言いました。でも、なんで「まって！」と言わなかったかについて考えました。理由がわからない。なんで「て」と「ていて」違うかわからない。

今/出かけてて/いない/わよ。
出かけてて→「出かけていて（出かけているので）」が正しいです。「ていて」は口に出して言ってみればわかると思いますが、言いにくいので徐々に「ていて」→「てぃて」→「てて」に変化したと思われます。
「わよ」→「よ・ですよ（丁寧語バージョン）」が正しいです。
「わよ」は、通常女性が使う言葉です。「のよ」という場合もありますex.「今出かけてていないのよ～」（これも、女性が使う言葉です）
