hello, I don't know which is correct or more naturally used for the below phrase.Thank you very much in advance.

I cannot give a full example of sentence, but please give me advice on the usage or difference, but for example, if you are calling some sort of processing on the computer, which is correct to use in this case, in or on ?

The screen is a flat surface. Everything you see and do is ON the screen.
We would never say "in the screen".

Technically either would work, but I think the more commonly used one would be "on the startup screen". Although examples of other scenarios are possible
1. Please take a look at the startup screen for me.
2. There are multiple errors showing on the startup screen.
3. Within the startup screen alone there are a plethora of lines of code running in the background.
