I was studying and working at the same time, actually doing night shift in a car manufacturing and during the day doing regular school.. plus working on Saturday and Sunday.. .. it is hard and not really nice.. but there are thing in life you must go through and learn.. Now that I could enjoy only work I discover that I want to learn more.. so that actually is what keep me motivated and never low down my guard.. To be always mentally busy looking for something new, something extra.. Open your Mind... Mind the GAP that is how I do it:-)

"stick on" is not used in this context. A natural expression would be "keep going".
