I will appreciatte if someone could explain me about the meaning of '웅기기'... I've already asked to a korean native friend but he told me he'd never heard it before.

There's also the word 웅기웅기 which mean many tall things/persons gathered disorderly/chaosly in an area creating a dense condition

There are no word 웅기기 in korea. 
I find this word in dictionary. 
응기기 [凝汽器] it is part of machine make water from steam. 
And maybe you heard 옮기기. it means let something move to another place. 
Nor you heard about sound no meaning and just express something.
