My Japanese is not very good Is this a correct expression when I want to say: "My Japanese is not very good." わたしのにほんごをあまりじょうずじゃない。 Thanks!By "My Japanese", I mean my ability to speak and understand the Japanese language.

わたしのにほんごをあまりじょうずじゃない。->わたしのにほんごがあまりじょうずじゃない。 Although the corrected sentence is grammatically correct, it sounds a little unnatural to me. I would say "わたしは、にほんごがあまりじょうずじゃありません。" I use polite form when conversing with people who I don't know well. When I use plain form with family and friends, I would say "わたしは、にほんごがあまりじょうずじゃないよ。" and it sounds more friendly.
