Myslet is to have a thought or opinion about something. "Myslím, že mám dost peněz." (=I think I have enough money and I'm quite certain), "Myslel jsem, že to víš." (=I thought you knew that), "Mysli na to, že se musíš vrátit" (=keep in mind that you have to return). Přemýšlet (přemýšlít is an incorrect form) means the process of thinking about something at the moment. "Přemýšlím, jestli mám dost peněz" (=I'm thinking about where I have enough money, and I'm not certain).
