Let me leave you my phone number in case you need it.

Give or leave are the same here.
Give me your number. (very direct) Could you please leave me your number at the front desk. (polite)

The only thing I would change in your question is that I might say, "I've got some doubts *as to whether* the sentence above is correct..." :)
