"Why are you" or "Why you are"? They are the same, or different?
Hi there
I am confused about these two sentences
1. Why are you laughing?
2. Why you are laughing?
Could you tell me that which one is incorrect or both are right?
If they are all correct, they have different means?
Thanks for your help.

Why are you laughing? = Question
Why you are laughing = Sentence/declaration (i.e. That's the reason why you are laughing)

In this context, "Why are you laughing?" is the correct form.
An example of when to use the second one is "Can you please tell me the reason why you are laughing?"
