La frase "she doesn't look much like me" fue traducida como "no se parece mucho a mí".
Quiero saber si también es posible de decir algo como "no me parece mucho".

No, porque "no me parece mucho" significa "I don't think so much"
Creo que se podría traducir como "no se me parece mucho" (que es pasiva refleja, y entonces sí tiene el mismo significado)
