Can someone please translate this Korean sentence for me? Hello I'm a beginner in Korean language speaking but I have been reading a 만화 and up until the fourth chapter I have been okay with understanding everything, but then I came across this: 그래? 할 수 없지 뭐. 다른 사람도 아니고 네가 쉰다는 정도면... to give an idea of what going on the main character just called in sick to work and the hangul above is their boss speaking on the phone. I'm pretty sure the main character has told them that they can't get to work but the second line 다른 사람도 아니고 네가 쉰다는 정도면... is what's confusing me and i don't really know what's being said here. If someone could translate this for me I'd really appreciate it!

Hi Adrien! Here's my answer: First line: "Yea? There's nothing we can do about it." (or "Yea? That's too bad.") The second line can be translated to "You must be really sick if YOU are taking a day off to rest, not another employee." The second like implies that this employee is hard working and others are not as hard working as him. Hope this helps! -Olivia
